Reseller programme

Sell SoPlayer IPTV on a panel of your own

A reseller panel is a dashboard with a balance of credits in it. You spend credits to create subscriptions for your customers, extend them when they renew, and refund them when a signup falls through — without waiting on us for any of it. Holding the panel costs nothing, and the credits in it do not expire.

What you control

The panel handles what you would otherwise email us about

Every routine job a reseller has sits in the dashboard, so your customers are never waiting on our office hours to be switched on.

Create and extend lines

Issue a new subscription, or extend one that is renewing, straight from the dashboard without emailing anyone.

Free demo accounts

Trial lines cost zero credits, so a prospect can watch the service before they pay you a penny.

Edit channel bouquets

Build the channel groups your market actually wants and drop the ones it will never open.

Delete and refund

Remove a line and its credits come back to your balance, less one credit for the refund itself.

Sub-resellers

On the larger tier you can create resellers beneath you and issue them credit blocks of their own.

One support queue

Faults your customers hit go to the same team that answers direct subscribers, not a separate desk.

How credits work

One credit buys one month of one connection

That is the whole rule. A longer subscription costs proportionally more credits, and a demo account costs none at all.

Buying credits in larger blocks lowers what each one costs you. Tell us the volume you expect at help@soplayeriptv.com and we will quote against that rather than against a list price.

Reseller FAQ

Before you commit to a block of credits

Do the panel or the credits ever expire?
No. The panel stays open for as long as you use it, and credits sit in your balance until you spend them. There is no monthly fee for holding the panel and no deadline by which credits must be used.
How long does it take to get access?
Usually the same day. Once your first block of credits is paid for we set the panel up and send you the login. If you want to ask questions first, email help@soplayeriptv.com and a person will answer before you commit to anything.
What happens if a line stops working for one of my customers?
Send us the line and a short description of the fault. We treat your customers as our own: the team that handles direct subscribers works the reseller queue too, and stays on it until the stream runs.
Which devices can my customers use?
The same range direct subscribers get — Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android phones, tablets and boxes, Samsung and LG smart televisions, MAG boxes, and Windows, macOS or Linux computers.
Can I get more credits when I run out?
Yes, and it is worth asking before you reach zero. Tell us roughly how many you need and we top the balance up, so you are never turning away a sale while you wait for us.
Can I refund a credit I have already spent?
You can. Deactivating a line returns its credits to your balance, less one credit that covers the refund itself. A mistyped or abandoned signup therefore costs you one credit, not the whole line.
Can I create sub-resellers under my own panel?
Only on the larger tier. Sub-reseller access needs a balance of at least 120 credits, because a sub-reseller has to be issued a meaningful block of their own. The smaller tier manages its own lines but cannot create accounts beneath it.

Start with a small block and see how it sells

There is no minimum contract and no monthly panel fee. Tell us which market you are selling into and we will set a first block of credits that matches it.
