Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. We ask for a name and an email and nothing else. There is no card on file, so no charge can happen by accident when the day is up.
How long does the trial last?
24 hours, counted from the moment the line goes live rather than from when you asked. After that it simply stops working until you pick a plan.
Which devices can I use during the trial?
Any device we support — Firestick, Android phones, tablets and boxes, smart televisions, iOS, or a browser. The one code works on all of them, so you can try it in two rooms.
What happens after my trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because nothing was taken. The line stops and that is the end of it unless you choose to carry on from the Subscription Plans page whenever suits you.
How quickly will I receive my activation code?
Usually within a few minutes, and at worst about an hour when the queue is long. If it has not arrived and it is not in spam, write to help@soplayeriptv.com and we will chase it.
